2.CD-ROMS are read-only media.What does this mean?
Read -only media means that it only reads .
3.why are DVDs becoming increasingly popular?
DVDs are becoming popular , as they can store much more data than CD-ROM.

The Removable drives because you can move a document from one place to another and it has got lot of capacity.
4b.regularly back up data on computer network.
You use it for many networks to back up data on hard disk and has a low cast storage. Tape drive, as it's low cost storage capacity

A DVD for distribute a full length features film with a ccompany data because it is very good for see videos and store data.

I will use a DVD-RW because you can put a lot of data.

I will use CD-R because it has a good backing up files.
